First day I was there great service ( I was the only one there). Planned a return trip today to buy sunglasses and place an order for new glasses. The whole day was probably gonna cost close to $1000. The person I wanted to assist me was with somebody else so three other sales associates asked me and I told him I wanted to wait for this particular person. I don't believe anybody told him . when he was done with the people he was working with he disappeared. I was there a good half hour and then I felt silly so I left , did some other shopping and had lunch. Poor office management with very long wait times and inaccurate exams. The glasses they made me were far too strong leaving me with headaches and unable to focus. I'm back for a recheck and waiting almost an hour to see the doctor. Staff is very rude

The customer service at this location is the excellent. Every time I go I have such a pleasant experience. If you have any eye care needs visit this location! You will not be disappointed. They are very patient as I am very indecisive and take a long time to find the perfect glasses. They did not rush me and they understood my needs and wants. Definitely recommend
