Had an appointment set for Wednesday 7/18. The office called me on Monday 7/16 at 3:51 to advise me of the upcoming appointment. By time I got home the office was closed, so I called this morning at 9 AM to cancel and was told that they have to charge my credit card $50 because I didn't give them 1 full business day. I beg to differ and will dispute the charge with my bank. What a terrible way to conduct business
