Due to recent storms, it was brought to my attention that I had standing water in my crawlspace. Knowing that that is a bad thing, John was recommended by a local crawlspace company for a sump pump installation. John took the time to do the estimate and even pointed out that the original, cast iron, waste pipe was starting to flake and recommended having that replaced, which he provided as a separate line item in case we wanted to wait on that job. He also took the time to explain everything involved with the pump and he answered all of my crazy questions Install day came and due to some unfortunate circumstances, he had to come back, multiple times, to fix an issue that was created. Throughout the entire ordeal, he maintained his professionalism and patience, knowing how much of an inconvenience this was for his customer. At the end, I am very happy I went with John and his company for this install. And it's comforting to know that whenever I have any questions or concerns, I can call him and he will patiently explain the issue.
