Called end of April to inquire about fixing my CANON MG7720. Failure code B203 indicates per-Canon manual: print head (failure). Initial $65 "entrance" fee. I dealt only with the proprietor. She phoned 2 days later: tech just needed to "clean up some contacts." Printer ready for pick-up. Back home...printer worked for only a few copies and then again B203 failure. Proprietor kept wanting to sell me a new printer. You tube reviews/summary: "Needs new print head". Purchased one for $38.23 on eBay. Easily installed. After several weeks, printer continues performing to spec.
