The staff here is excellent. Lisa, Sharon and Diana helped me tremendously. With compassion they understood our unique situations and helped navigate through them. I will be forever grateful for their help and commitment.
Never easy when you have to take care of a loved ones final arrangements. Horizon was fantastic. Very responsive and easy to work with. Everything was well run and I never once felt like I should have went somewhere else. Pricing was very transparent and upfront. Thank you very everything.
I was not prepared as many are not, to begin the process of honoring a loved one. In my case it was my Father, and the Staff of Horizon made the process as painless as possible. From the first call to Lisa, whose first words after introduction were condolences, to the interactions with her and Sharon, and the Staff in general. They were both compassionate and caring every step of the way. Even when i had them make several changes they were accommodating. They took care of everything, including having the military come in to play taps and present the flag to my Mother.The Service it self came out beautifuly.
