Hi .I am the owner of environmentally friendly dry cleaners don’t remember the story of this man coming in with the pants that need to be altered. Also we do not do alterations on premise so I have to deal with an outside vendor that does my Tailoring . I’m sorry that you’re unhappy with our service but I have been using the same Tailor for many years and she has done beautiful work for my customers. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we have to take longer because our outside vendor are not working every day due to what’s going on in the world right now. Probably one of the best cleaners I've been to. Michelle who works there is super nice, the older women, not so much. They do take a while to actually dry clean though. They usually offer 5-6 days after drop off which is a little inconvenient but they have a great discount program and already have great pricing.
