“From the time I called JCM Home Service's till the completion, it was a great experience.
I had an old set of 8 ft fluorescent lights in my garage. I wanted to install new LED fixtures. I called JCM, and they sent Jack out for a quote the next day.
Nick sent out my invoice on Monday and Wednesday. Jack and Mike came out and did the work. They were friendly and neat and knew their stuff.
Cleaned up and took all the old stuff away.

He promptly called me back. I spoke to Mike and told him what I wanted and why I thought I needed the work done. He told me that if I still wanted him to do the work, he would be take care of it, but he told me that I would just be throwing money away. That is called integrity! “Had a recent excellent experience with Semper Fi. I reached out to them in late August, wanting to schedule some outdoor lighting for September. The owner, Tom, returned my call in a prompt manner and when I told him the basic aspects of what I wanted, he was very candid, told me he and his small team were very booked, and he offered to give the name of another electrician with a larger crew if I wanted the job done more urgently. How ethical is that?! My job was not urgent, and we set a date for three weeks for him to come to my home and look at what I wanted done. He then emailed me a proposal promptly, and we scheduled a date for a few weeks later (October 17). His crew came on time, knew exactly what the job entailed, and got it all done. Everything is as it should be and working fine. I recommend them highly and will certainly call upon them for any future electrical needs.“
