I have been going to the Center for Health and Healing for 19 years . I started at a free class that a friend asked me to attend. I kept going and it was the best decision I made. I feel healthy and fit. Dawn, the owner is always available and pleasant to deal with. Dawn teaches at the studio and hires the best instructors to teach also. Give it a try and you too will be empowered to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Love the classes & instructors at center for health & healing! Very knowledgeable and caring. The gentle & chair classes are amazing. Highly recommend. The studio is beautiful.
I’ve been taking various classes at this yoga studio for over a year now, It’s a relaxing, beautiful environment run by the owner Dawn, who is most compassionate, professional and welcoming to all clients no matter what level you are. I look forward to coming to this vibrant yoga culture, and encourage all to do so to remain engaged and agile in life.
