Came to my house for service, never checked anything. Except to spray water on my unit, and told me the service cost was 149.00 and then tried to charge me 45.00 just for showing up. Never fixed the problem, pulled my thermostat off the wall and had to put it back, bad service and attitude from the office staff. Never again.
Well big thanks to Fred and his wonderful hardworking team that worked clean and never knew they were there. They had a big job here they removed all the ductless a/c we had for 10 years that were breaking and garbage! And installed ducts all through our 2 story house because we have baseboard heat so we had to clear out our filled attic to make room for these guys and very very happy with the installation I would recommend them to anyone. Took about a week of them working pretty much all day each day. So again call CARETEMPS for your A/C needs very happy Marthe & Dave
Great service that saved a very cold night.
Thursday night, 7pm, my parents' boiler wouldn't run. Temperatures in the teens outside and the temp inside was quickly dropping.
I call the Care Temp number on their boiler, and they get back to me within minutes.
The service rep spent 20 minutes of his time troubleshooting the issue with me.
For free! I tried to offer payment, but he wouldn't accept it.
Saved a very cold night, and the cost of an after hours service call.
Highly recommend this company.
