I started seeing this practice on January 16, 2026 for back issues I have had for several years that have become increasing worse over the years. I have two herniated discs, lumbar stenosis and arthritis in my back. Other than some physical therapy exercises, extra strength acetaminophen and a heating pad, my only other option would have been surgery for some partial relief.
