*** Updated review - after our first experience with Air Care, we decided to hire them to install one compressor and 3 mini splits at one of our rental properties. We worked with Tom Comandini who was our sales contact and he was excellent. Tom is very knowledgeable and responsive and understood that time was of the essence to get the work done so we could re-rent the apartment. The permit process was seamless and Tom and team were at the home in a matter of weeks to complete the work. The team was efficient and completed the job in 2 days. Excellent experience. “I’ve finally found a heating/AC repair service I can trust and have confidence in. I’m a pretty good DIY home owner but sometimes you have to call in a professional. Rich is that guy, family owned, in the Monmouth county area for 32 years. Knowable, professional, courteous, reasonably priced. I’ve unfortunately dealt with other services that want $150.00 just to pull in your driveway and you get a tech that has three months of training (if your lucky) and spends most his time making phone calls to some tech support trying to troubleshoot your problem and trying to upsell you some service or whatever while he’s waiting for an answer, the whole time your being charged $150.00 an hour.
