Great place and Kalene is an awesome tech . She’s very professional and whatever questions you might just ask her and she will answer very professionally. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve always ask for her because of the work she does. See you Kalene ?
Went to the Teterboro location for the first time. It was a very pleasant experience - the facility was clean and employees were welcoming and friendly. Tea was amazing. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable during the waxing process. She went as far as walking me back to the waiting / front desk area to educate me on the products to use. I will be coming back!
Both of the receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. They were kind enough to excuse my late arrival, as well as very detained in helping me renew my wax pass. Alexa….Alexa is great!!! She’s sweet and engaging and always makes me feel comfortable. I will continue to book with her whenever she’s available.Service: Arm hair removal
