I had a traumatic experience witha previous dentist and explained this to them when I first started coming here. The dentists here are nothing but kind, understanding and patient. Not to mention the entire staff at the front desk and all of the dental hygienists are so kind. They are so helpful in reminding me about my upcoming appointments and when I am overdue for one. I never have to wait much before being seen for my scheduled appointments. Even after I told the practice that I was no longer going to be coming here, they've been super helpful and continued to treat me with extreme kindness while I requested all of my documents like I was still a customer. “It’s about time that I found a dentist as knowledgeable as Dr. Feins! Only took 50 years! I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Feins. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me explaining everything that would be done with the issue that I was contending with. This was so refreshing. Talk about wanting to get to know your patient. Well Dr. Feins truly makes every effort to get to know you as a person not just a new patient. By the end of my appointment, I told Dr. Feins that he would be getting a visit from my wife and my two son. 2. Request a final statement and invoice/receipt before leaving the office and be sure to have a copy of your estimate from your insurance provider with you. (Make sure procedure codes match)
3. Keep ALL your paperwork!!! You will need it when you receive a surprise bill at a later date.
