I left a voice mail and I received a call back that evening. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week. Ken arrived on time checked the problem . He he would return later in the day. and he did. He even checked another area that I thought might have a problem. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Ken installed a trap that allowed the squirrels to exit and then closed up the hole with metal sheeting, a vapor barrier and replaced the missing slate. Pricing was reasonable and the workmanship excellent.Service: Roof repair

Ken is great! He is knowledgeable, experienced, polite and fixes the problem. Not many roofers are interested in repairing problems. I didn’t need a new roof, just someone to fix the leak. Ken installed roofs for many years. Now his entire business is repairs and I am so thankful for him. And yes, he does return calls at night .... because .... he is working during the day ?
