I'm creative, I come to Rosie with wild ideas, different hair textures, asking for types of braids, lengths, and colors, and she always sees it through with me and makes something beautiful and all my own. She is kind, determined, and a god-fearing businesswoman. What she puts her hand to she will always do well. she'll do a beautiful job on your hair!
