Yoga does not come naturally to me, and I'm not going to pretend that I'm even remotely good at it. With that said, I feel amazing for the entire day when I finish. Every instructor that I've taken class with has been awesome, always pushing me to do what I can, but offering modifications when needed. They've also been supportive. This place is a gem, and I'm glad it's in my neighborhood!“
