617 Stokes Rd Suite 4 - #302, Medford“My son noticed a bat in our dining room sitting above the window woodwork at 10:30 at night. We tried to capture it and take it outside but it squirmed and my son lost it. The bat ducked down into a crack between the wall and the window woodwork. We called NJAC and Wildlife Inspector Chris Holt came and inspected our home for holes and cracks, as well as any bat feces in our attic. He took a video of the crack between the wall and the window woodwork and we could see a bat in the crack. He found nothing other, assuming it was a one time episode, possibly a bat entering our chimney cap and flying into the dining room. We have had no further problems. Since bats cannot live more than 24 hours without food or water, we assume the bat is dead. Chris assured us there would be no smell as bats have very little body mass. Chris did a thorough inspection and I am pleased with his work ethic.“
“Ray stopped out because I had called with what I thought was squirrels in the attic. He checked everything out and turns out it wasn’t squirrels. He didn’t even charge us for stopping out. While I hope to never need to call him, if I do need critter removal I absolutely will.“
