Been a customer since moving to town in 2021. Noticed things that I did not like but never voiced my opinion regarding customer service and the blatant difference in how they react to different races. I witnessed 2 years ago one of the technicians scream at and seemed to be almost physical with an African American young lady who was only asking questions about her service. No one in management even tried to diffuse the situation. Today, I needed to reschedule my appointment twice because of a real family emergency and shared that with the salon manager (male). I absolutely adore and love this place so much. Everyone here is so kind and so passionate about what they’re doing. Every time I have gone, I have always been treated so well and with respect it’s so high-quality Just the atmosphere and the place in general looks so amazing. I absolutely love this place so much. I always ask for Sophia. Sophia is honestly the best person ever favorite nail tech there Sophia is so kind and generous and she’s makes a great nail tech. She knows exactly what I want and always lives up to my expectations. If not she goes way above my expectations. She is honestly the sweetest person ever. As a first time visitor of the new nail salon in Swedesboro New Jersey on Kingshighway a lady by the name of Ms.Tea took care of me and I felt very comfortable and welcomed at this Nailery I will continue to use this Nailery to get my manicure and pedicure and also take a vantage of other services I would highly recommend you pay this place a visit it’s well worth it.
