“Today was my first visit and well worth the trip. All the staff was friendly, caring, and attentive. They listened to all concerns and addressed each one of them individually. The physician, Dr. Dinwiddie thoroughly communicated her findings and answered all questions asked. I would definitely by pass all other animal hospitals when seeking emergency care and treatment for my dog. Thank you very much for the work that all of you do! “We've been to a lot of vets having moved several times over the last few years. None even compare to how amazing Tri-County is. The doctors take you seriously and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Last night our older beagle broke two teeth knocking into something and all vets were closed. I called tri county and their answering service picked up. It was such a relief to speak to a real person who assured me it would be okay and took my information. When they opened at 8am (much earlier than any other vet around) I called again (nervous dog mom) and it turns out I interrupted the receptionist calling me to set up an emergency visit! I couldn't believe how responsive and attentive they were for a dog I hadn't even brought in yet! Within an hour my wife had our dog in their offices and the whole appointment took 20 minutes. We left with medication and our very sleepy girl. I cannot tell you how relieved our whole family was that she came home quickly. She is asleep on the couch getting lots of cuddles and I am sitting here feeling so blessed to live five minutes from this office. Truly an amazing and compassionate group of people. Also- incredibly affordable for an emergency visit. I would have emptied my bank account to keep my girl safe, but I didn't need to. My only wish is that my dogs needed cheaper medication but I'll take it up with them“

“Dr. Kwon just blew my mind with his vet skills. I have never seen my dog act so calm at a vet before. As soon as Dr Kwon came into the room, he sat on the floor to greet my dog. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and then did NOT try to nickle and dime me at the end like my last vet did.

All around a great place to go with a super friendly staff.“

“Providence Animal Hospital, and especially Michelle from Providence, are the BEST! I’m out of the country and my dog was taken to VEG in Philadelphia… I called Michelle and providence to get their opinion on my dog’s condition, and she was the nicest person and did everything she could to help figure out the best plan of care for my dog. It meant so much to me that Michelle genuinely cared that much about my dog and did everything she could to help, unlike some of the people at VEG. Not even kidding, Michelle’s bosses should triple her salary and give her a 3 month paid vacation… SHE IS THE BEST!!!“

“We were at Prospect Park veterinary on Wednesday. Unfortunately, we had to have our 15 year-old cat put to sleep. Dr. Lee and everyone at the Vet were wonderful, so kind and compassionate. They definitely made a very difficult experience easier for us.“

My dog was their patient for 13 years and when I called to have my dog euthanized because he was dieing from lack of air due to cancer, I was told they couldn't see him that day but I would have to make an appointment and they didn't have any opening until the next day. I told them he wouldn't make it to the next day. They have no compassion for your pets. Called another vet and they said bring him right in. Never made it to the vet he passed away at home.

My dog's doctor, Dr. Robinson, and staff were extremely apologic the way this situation was handled so I decided to give them another chance with my other dog, who is diabetic and has a bad heart. The doctor and staff are extremely friendly and caring for my dog and I am pleased now and give them 4 stars.“
