We were so happy we went back for a suv for my wife. We had some questions about the setup on it Justin said bring it in and took care of it.

After my trusty jeep decided to break down on me last week, we were in a bind to get a new vehicle. We knew that a GMC was the direction we wanted to go, and I’m so glad we did! Everyone was extremely helpful (shoutout to Kevin!) and our experience was completely seamless. We originally were going to go with a vehicle that hadn’t arrived yet, but after debating the color we went back randomly to see if it would be an issue to switch it up and got the process started right away. Can’t thank these guys enough for making this car buying experience a great one!

I brought my 2022 Canyon in to have two wheels repainted. I explained to Kane that I needed a loaner vehicle, and Royal Buick GMC provided me with a brand new 2024 Sierra while the work was done. The work was done quickly and looks like new. The only problem was having to give back the loaner. Royal Buick GMC has always taken great care of me and my vehicle.
