Jon is a technician extraordinaire. We were in a time crunch and called all the big places in the area. No one would come out and didn't have any suggestions. When I googled RV repair the third name that came up, had already talked to one and two, was Rec Tech. Jon answered promptly, was very friendly, listened to my issue and offered to come out on a Saturday morning. He arrived promptly, checked my issues and arrived at a solution. After he left we had to call him for directions and he returned and gave us many good suggestions. He is an exceptional business owner with a passion for his work and his customers. The only spot I could find, after moving to the area, that would do "long nails" or acrylics, and dip! I went to three other places, turning me away because they "don't do long nails". They've become my favorite place and they always do an amazing job!
