David’s team are highly professional and truly is invested in providing the customer with the upmost quality of work. We sent out two rugs which were quite large and had seen their years of children grandchildren, and dogs.David was able to restore the rugs far greater than our expectations. The Company has excellent communication texting you when they’re arriving. They will take videos of the rugs before they bring them back to you and will do a second deep cleaning if necessary . We had a fine oriental rug in the dining room that had gotten a pet stain on it. I researched online and discovered David’s Rug Cleaning in my area. I am so glad that I discovered his service. I am a perfectionist by nature and David exceeded my expectations in all respects. He is extremely knowledgeable, having spent many years in the business, and his workers were very respectful. Most importantly, the quality of his work is outstanding. My wife and I cannot believe how good and brand new the rug looks. I needed an area rug cleaned and David's was a great choice. I found them online...they came to pick up the rug, told me exactly what to expect, and returned and put it place in the room i wanted. They were professional, on time, courteous and the rug looks great! Highly recommend.
