Dr. Lindel is the best! Super knowledgeable and explains everything so I can understand why my neck or back is bothering me. He recommends stretches, exercises and posture corrections to help too!
I love going each week to see Dr Lindel and Miriam, his secretary. (The kitty cat Ava actually runs the place!). Dr Lindel has been adjusting my neck to relieve headaches and arm numbness for over a month now. I am pain free and I only occasionally feel numbness in my hand. I am still getting better with continued treatments.
