A customer who scheduled and paid for a 60-minute combo massage, which included 30 minutes of full body and 30 minutes of foot massage, was asked to add a $30 tip at the end and realized they received a 60-minute full body massage plus a 30-minute foot massage. I had an appointment today at Sakura Spa hoping to get relief from the pain and tightness in my back, neck, and shoulder. The staff were very friendly and showed me to very clean and comfortable room. Coco performed a deep tissue massage and relieved the pain in my back and neck while continuously checking with me to ensure the pressure was okay. A nice added surprise was the hot stones following the back massage. The spa's prices were very reasonable, and I will go there again.
