When our shower head fell off the wall, we were able to book the next available appointment conveniently, online. I had a good experience! I used to be very insecure about driving on high-speed roads and driving school helped a lot. The instructor also makes sure to point out details that show up on the road test. I feel a lot more ready to take my road test in a few months!

We have been using Mike from McDundee since 2018. He has painted all the interior rooms and hallways in our house. He has cleaned our roof and made it look brand new. (There were black algae streaks on the shingles.) We had new interior doors installed and we brought Mike in to paint them. He is currently painting our kitchen cabinets and this spring he will be back to clean our deck and restain it. Mike is very professional and has a good work habit. I highly recommend him.

As their shirts and the name of their company say Carmine and his team are “Just Better.” Carmine recently completely redid my family’s two-story deck and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Carmine was great through the planning and permit process. His team really shines however is their professionalism at the jobsite. They were respectful of our time, property, and goals with the project. Carmine is extremely great at communicating, he was here almost every day of the project to go through everything and go over any issues or updates, if he was not here in person he would call or come late in the evening or on the weekend to inspect the work. When complications arose, he did his best to manage it within our budget. Carmine came out on night and weekends to ensure all deadlines and outcomes were being met. My wife and I added serval upgrades including a kitchen and heaters which were outside the scope of Carmines project, but he and his team offered advice and help to ensure everything was installed properly. We cannot say enough great things about him and his crew. The best part of working with them is you get the full crew for your job, they are dedicated and focused on every detail. Things you would not ever notice do not escape Carmine and his team. We have had many people from the neighborhood comment on the quality of the deck and the craftsmanship. I love going each week to see Dr Lindel and Miriam, his secretary. (The kitty cat Ava actually runs the place!). Dr Lindel has been adjusting my neck to relieve headaches and arm numbness for over a month now. I am pain free and I only occasionally feel numbness in my hand. I am still getting better with continued treatments.
I had never been to a chiropractor before going to Dr Lindel, so naturally I sent my husband to go first as the guinea pig. He started feeling better almost right away, so I made an appointment, too!
During the visit, I lay down and have electric stimulation pads placed on the area needing to be worked on. Dr. Lindel wraps the area with moist warm pads and lets me take a nap for 10-15 mins. It feels like I’m at a spa! After the tens therapy he gives me a targeted massage and a quick adjustment. Another bit of massage and I’m all done.
When I walk out and drive away, I’m surprised each time how well I can move! I can turn my head and look behind me which is something I haven’t been able to do in years.
I used to be afraid of even going to the chiropractor, but now I am totally sold!! Dr Lindel is a very mellow and kind guy, probably pretty strong to be crunching people all day ?

Just had my driveway redone and I’m so happy with the results! Rich gave me a great price and the job was done in a few hours. They took out my old driveway which was in very bad shape and completely replaced it. Looks great and I couldn’t be happier!

Normally they are very good however was unhappy about my last visit. They forgot to wash my dog when we picked her up so she was very dirty and smelly and they did not give the daily treats we left for her during her visit. This makes me feel less confident that they are actually taking good care of her when we are not around...

I’m not picky about my hair so I love the convenience of getting my hair done here (my usual is an overall trim, trim my side bangs, and keeping my long layers which almost every employee has been able to do just fine). Employees are usually very nice.
But be wary of the app - I thought you added yourself to the waitlist, and waited in line until it said they were 15 minutes left and you could go and check in in-person (meanwhile being able to do whatever in the meantime because the app kept you notified of how much time was left). I thought there was a glitch a couple of times because I got kicked off the waitlist and had to read-add myself. Turns out it’s the employees who take me off because they see I haven’t arrived within a certain time of being on the waitlist. I thought the point of the waitlist was to wait until you were the next person in line and then to go in when it was your allotted time. I didn’t realize the employees just picked whoever checked in in-person first over who is technically next on the list.
This happened today and the first time I put myself on the waitlist it was a 60 minute wait, so I went shopping and did other things waiting until I had 15 minutes until it was my time and I would get notified to go check in in-person. At about the 20 minute mark, I saw that I had been taken off of the list and that it would be a 95 minute wait now. I panicked a little, but still added myself to the waitlist because I needed to get my hair done today. This time I didn’t wait and immediately checked in in-person even though the app said it would be 90 minutes. When I did this, I immediately became the next person to get my haircut done so I ended up only having to wait like 5 minutes. So it was nice I didn’t have to wait an hour and a half, but I feel bad for the people on the waitlist ahead of me who should have gotten first dibs and were probably also waiting for their notification to go check in in-person. I think this just needs to be made clear in the app or the employees need to get retrained and how the app works.
