“The philosophy of teaching and the instructors at YogaSix in Chester are phenomenal. This studio is exactly what I was looking for. They do a great job of making every class accessible to all levels. The refinement cues given me learn the benefits of the pose and how to align better to prevent injury. Even on poses I know well, I learn some new nuance in nearly every class to help with my alignment or to deepen the stretch. I highly recommend this studio.“

“I had my first ever yoga session here on a Tuesday morning. Hot yoga made it that much better. I have back issues so I took it easy, but the instructor was great with details and tips for ease. Definitely helped stretch my muscles and ease some tension in my back. There are mats and blocks for you to use or you can bring your own. I recommend bringing water and a towel for sweat. Enjoy!!“
