This Retro is just okay. My biggest complaint is there’s no warm-up/cool-down/stretching/abdominal area. The front area to the side is the only space but it’s way too small of an area and packed with machines. People often walk over, get frustrated and walk away. This retro fitness is a no-nonsense gym, just a bunch of great members there to get their work in and not clog up machines and equipment. No selfie sticks, no ego lifters, nobody trying to pick up a date. And pretty much everyone respects the idea of wiping things down and put things back where they belong. It gets a little more packed in the summer when LBI picks up but they have great hours which allows you to avoid the crowds. And the staff is great, making sure the place stays in order and organized and so friendly as they greet you on the way in.
