I needed a dishwasher replaced and Norman assisted with a recommendation, made all of the arrangements, and he installed the new dishwasher professionally. Very happy with the level of service!

I was very pleased with Norman's service of my refrigerator. He hit all of the marks : He returned my phone call in a short period of time, he accurately assessed the problem, and he charged me a reasonable amount. All of those things would have been enough to earn a top rating from me, but on top of that he is personable and helpful (even assisting me with the unloading of my food-filled fridge.) I would definitely use Norman again if I were to have an appliance problem and recommend him without reservation.
