From Moo Duk Kwan HQ

Moo Duk Kwan is a classical martial art originating in Korea many centuries ago, consisting of both “hard” & “soft” styles; utilizing scientific theory to attain maximum power. Moo Duk Kwan students are prepared for physical defense while building good character through their training. Moo Duk Kwan is a “brotherhood and school of stopping inner and outer conflict and developing virtue through Soo Bahk Do training”. Our art is deeply connected with the 5 Moo Do Values of History, Tradition, Philosophy, Discipline & Respect, and Technique
