I went to see Mike right after leaving ubreakifix after I was told I’ll be charged $78 for just diagnosing whatever was wrong with the laptop.Mike was extremely nice to me. He took a look at the laptop and wanted to be sure it was worth repairing. After a detailed diagnosis it wasn’t really worth it. He didn’t leave it at that, he made sure I could at least use it. So he fixed the cursor issues and got it working. I wasted a good amount of his time but he didn’t charge me for that service.It’s very rare to get such a service and a nice and knowledgeable guy like that.Thank you so much.“
