We could not be happier with our experience with CMI Window Fashions. From the outset Jessica and their entire staff listened to our thoughts, had insightful options that meet our needs both from a design and financial perspective, and worked to ensure we were completely satisfied with the choices we had made for our home. They worked their scheduling to ensure our mixed-treatment installation was all accomplished in one day and even went out of their way to resolve a bracket issue immediately rather than just waiting for new parts to be delivered. The communication was top notch and we highly recommend them for your next window treatment purchase!

CMI installed roller shades throughout our NYC apartment + custom draperies in 1 room. The work is top-quality throughout - well-finished, silent, very little light leakage, great controls. The team was extremely professional and went the extra mile to work with us, including on one part of the project that was really trick to get right - but they did!

Gary and Jaime were terrific to deal with, as were all of the installers. They kept me informed every step of the way, and now that all of our shades are in place, we love them. I highly recommend CMI!
