I have had Chem Dry at my house numerous times over the years for a variety of reasons. The latest was an accident my cat had on my couch! The technicians were thorough and explained the entire process to remedy the problem. I am always so impressed with the quality of their work and it’s the only company I would trust to clean my carpets and upholstery.

Friendly, fast, and competent service from Phyllis and Nicole who answered my calls for service to the on-site technician Greg who was fabulous in removing long-standing cat urine smells and poop stains from the carpet. Not only that, but he taught me what to do and not do when my furry friends have accidents. It was s month after he left when I had to put his methods to the test using Chem-Dry‘s Spot Cleaner. It works!

The whole experience has been very professional and thorough. From Nicole who responded to my inquiry and gave me all the information I needed and helped me feel comfortable with the decision, to Matt the man who came to clean. Everything was just so well done and organized and communicated. Plus the cleaning itself was fabulous! Already planning my next cleaning
