Got a dry-clean only jacket cleaned here, came home and realized it was stained all over with bled color. Brought it back and was told it is not their fault and to reach out to the manufacturer. I asked why she didn’t mention the jacket is ruined when I picked it up and she said “she forgot”. When I asked if her insurance will cover it she just said it’s not her fault.

Asked her to clean it again so will update my review if I have a better experience…but as of now I would literally go anywhere else.

I don’t know if the ownership here changed but I have been going here and never had a problem. I went in recently and the person was EXTREMELY rude and nasty. He was mad when I asked for my clothes in a week and gave me a hard time about a spot on a shirt. When I picked up my clothes he told me to come back after 5 and wouldn’t release my clothes without the receipt despite the fact he could look it up with my phone number. Wife has been there 3 different times for easy to do fixes and every time he has told her they can't fix a zipper they can't fix a button and the last one was they couldn't clean a silk outfit she brought in don't waste your time owner is rude and disrespectful.
