“I would give 6 stars if I could!! Absolutely amazing company. Lightning struck my condensing unit and fried a bunch of components in the air handler/furnace and the thermostat. The internal temperature of the house was over 83 degrrees. Made a call to Biles and they had someone at my house within an hour. They had to run out and grad new parts and a new thermostat, came back and installed it. My air was back up and running in a couple hours. They then called me again to make sure everything was still good. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.“

“I had my AC die on us a Saturday early morning with high 90s forecasted for the day. I called Air One and left message if someone can out in the weekend to look at AC. Mike from Air One returned my call right away and from the phone and me by the AC, he told me what was going on. The earliest Mike could send tech out was Sunday morning. I did find another HVAC company to come out on Saturday but the issue was what Mike described over the phone. I would use Air One for any future HVAC problems or maintenance!“

“Very good experience with Artem HVAC. I checked them out because of a recommendation from one of their previous customers. They had a couple of different systems to choose from, and I chose the one I felt worked best for me. They did not try to sell me any one type. Quick installation and fast response when I needed it turned on a couple of months later for final inspections. They even bumped my compressor up in size gratis when the one they ordered was not in stock. I will gladly use them again.“

“We had an emergency at our house with the bathroom sink, Neil came when he said to quote the job. When we contracted with him his techs Jose and Christian showed up on time. I was surprise at the professionalism of the techs, they were friendly and answered all my questions as they were doing the repairs, Neil came several times throughout the day to see the progress. During the repair of the sink area which was extensive I asked if they could repair the tub plumbing as well which they gladly did. The job was an all day project and they did an awesome job, Masters in their trade. This was the most stress-free repair I have ever had done on my house. They were meticulous and left the area spotless when they left. I will definitely use them again in the future.“

“We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time. “I had a couple of minor pipe leaks that needed repairing. Dennis was able to come and make the repairs within 2 days, which was great considering these repairs weren't an emergency. Dennis quickly assessed what needed to be done and explained it clearly. He's obviously made similar repairs many times before - it didn't take him long to make the repairs and the results look better than new! All that for a fair price. I highly recommend Dennis.“

Anne Marie was wonderful to deal with, from scheduling the estimate to holding an installation date for me as I committed to another estimate and to guiding me through all the in betweens. Santos came in with an extremely reasonable and fair price for a quality product. Todd, Marcus, Robert and John worked hard, meticulous and clean doing the install on a pretty hot day. This company is old school American blue collar. I recommend them highly for their honesty and hard, thorough work!!!! ??“
