“I would give 6 stars if I could!! Absolutely amazing company. Lightning struck my condensing unit and fried a bunch of components in the air handler/furnace and the thermostat. The internal temperature of the house was over 83 degrrees. Made a call to Biles and they had someone at my house within an hour. They had to run out and grad new parts and a new thermostat, came back and installed it. My air was back up and running in a couple hours. They then called me again to make sure everything was still good. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.“

“I had a heat issue and needed service urgently on a cold Friday night. They were the only company that could provide service the same night. For all others, I had to wait the following morning. Santiago was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He came in checked everything and found that the furnace switch was "off." Granted this was an easy fix but I wouldn't have thought about this. Nothing was charged but the off-hours service fee. I received a detailed report via text and paid on the spot.“

They had a couple of different systems to choose from, and I chose the one I felt worked best for me. They did not try to sell me any one type. “We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time. Anne Marie was wonderful to deal with, from scheduling the estimate to holding an installation date for me as I committed to another estimate and to guiding me through all the in betweens. Santos came in with an extremely reasonable and fair price for a quality product. Todd, Marcus, Robert and John worked hard, meticulous and clean doing the install on a pretty hot day. This company is old school American blue collar. I recommend them highly for their honesty and hard, thorough work!!!! ??“

“I had a couple of minor pipe leaks that needed repairing. Dennis was able to come and make the repairs within 2 days, which was great considering these repairs weren't an emergency. Dennis quickly assessed what needed to be done and explained it clearly. He's obviously made similar repairs many times before - it didn't take him long to make the repairs and the results look better than new! All that for a fair price. I highly recommend Dennis.“
