“I would give 6 stars if I could!! Absolutely amazing company. Lightning struck my condensing unit and fried a bunch of components in the air handler/furnace and the thermostat. The internal temperature of the house was over 83 degrrees. Made a call to Biles and they had someone at my house within an hour. They had to run out and grad new parts and a new thermostat, came back and installed it. My air was back up and running in a couple hours. They then called me again to make sure everything was still good. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.“

“I wanted to install an outlet in the bathroom. An electrician from another company’s solution was to run a wire from another room through a closet. When PDZ came, he was able to install the switch using the wiring in the bathroom. His solution saved drilling holes through multiple rooms. He is friendly and has great workmanship.
