I'd have to give Don an A++++. Our furnace stopped working and called him the same day that this happened and he arrived promptly. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I'll be definitely reaching out to him again for our maintenance and any issues that may arise. Thanks again Don!!!!!

11/4/22: Don has been our go-to guy for several projects since my last review, and I still wholeheartedly give 5-stars. Since then, he's done HVAC maintenance, installed an HVAC blue-light sterilizer, and is currently installing a bathroom fan in an additional bathroom, as well as other projects in the same area of the house. Just as my earlier reviews state, Don got back to us pretty quickly, work quality has been great (and neat), and even calls back the next day to make sure everything is still working well. Don couldn't if been more accommodating and professional. After having a different company come and take a look at my AC Unit, I was told the repair would be over $1500. I called Don for an estimate to have what the other company said needed to be replaced fixed. He took a look at the unit and told me nothing was wrong with it. Don could of just gave me an estimate on the repair I asked for and took my money but instead he explained that the repair was not needed. He then went on to explain in detail why the unit wasn't working as well as it could be and also gave me advice on how to maximize the output.
