The colorest gave me the color she wanted and did Not ask if I wanted a hair treatment pack (which I didn't need) $43 extra. Now, the hair cutter ask how much I wanted cut, I told her 3 inches. She cut 6 inches. So now, I have a $263. hairstyle that looks like it belongs on a different person, NOT ME! San Antonio, Tx Visible Difference, in North Star Mall

Michelle has been giving my girls haircuts for a while now but I was reluctant to switch hairdressers and so I've been waiting over 6 months to get it done. I decided to let Michelle do it and wow what an amazing experience I had! She listened to my concerns about previous stylists, was able to understand the color I was looking for and the results were amazing! She truly is an expert at color and the cut is phenomenal too! I highly recommend Michelle and Visible Difference!

First appointment mid March, both my daughter and I had hair appointments. Stephanie was our stylist and scheduled another appointment for end of March. Unfortunately, due to current Covid-19, shop closed. We will be calling in hopefully near future to re-schedule..We would gladly recommend Visible Difference to our friends. All be well.
