Jake has been a huge help with ensuring that I eat the correct amount of macros daily and am pushing myself at the gym. Also, his workouts have me sweating and moving weights I’ve never moved before, and this is coming from someone who’s always gone to the gym. I’ve definitely never worked out like this before! I honestly haven’t felt this good about myself in quite some time. I can’t thank Jake enough for pushing me and being available to answer and walk me through all of my questions. He knows his stuff!
