After dealing with 2 other places that had my prescription wrong, I made an appointment at Sparta eye associates. They were most gracious and the Doctor went above and beyond. Such a difference from the nightmare I had in Newton that swallowed up my money for insufficient lenses to say the LEAST. I found my new eye place! Thank you, I'm so thankful ??
UPDATE: We come back year after year. The optometrists are pleasant (personable) and thorough. They monitor every aspect of my special condition. They explain everything necessary in detail. Could not be more pleased with services provided.Recommend!The front end staff are very pleasant, courteous and accommodating. Dr. Elena Martinez is very thorough with a terrific demeanor. NO pressure to buy services that may not be necessary. They treat you like family not objects. Our family has been treated by Dr. Jeffrey Clauss and associates for 30 years. This is my wife’s and my 2nd year to receive eye exams at Sparta Eye Associates. For each of our visits our experience has been nothing short of 5 stars. Even during the COVID restrictions they were courteous, patient, and professional.
