Beginning with their customer service, they were outstanding. Their service tech Kyle came to look at the situation, gave us an estimate and two hours later came back with his colleague Brady and finished the job. they were extremely respectful, professional, easy to talk to, explained everything and cleaned up after they were done. we had a new expansion tank, valves and few other things going on that they fixed. The plumbers that have been dispatched to my house (hot water heater install; boiler issue; clogged waste line) have all been great young men ; always very polite, professional people that are fast and reliable; TRUSTWORTHY!Today was no different; the Plumber, Trevor arrived on time and he took the time to thoroughly discuss the work that may be required to unclog our waste line and the pricing for each before he even started. Had a problem with the hot water lines on my furnace, called C& F to see if they were available, they answered quickly, reviewed the need and had a truck dispatched right away. The tech came to the house, had to do some value replacement and had the problem fixed very quickly. His work was very neat and clean, fair cost, and ensured the furnace was up and running before he left. Great company.
