Scott at Beck Brothers is the best in New Jersey in our book. He installed a heat pump system in our house that reduced our oil consumption from 3 1/2 tanks a year to one tank for the entire winter. He recommended a thermostat that tracked the out side temperature at our home as opposed to what the Internet says the temp should be. Made all the difference in the world. Recently, he found an issue with our 20-year-old, oil-burner furnace. Because he went the extra mile, he discovered we had a 99-year warranty on the heat exchanger (A Trane Company part). Saved us $2,500. I can tell you that anyone who rates Scott lower than five stars is not showing him the respect he deserves. Rock Star Hall of Fame!
Central air blower wouldn't shut off. Called Beck Brothers. They came right away and one hour later fixed the problem. Could have replaced parts but instead discovered a hidden loose wire in attic box. Charged me for labor only. It's a pleasure using someone that is honest and reliable. I used to think they were great! Installed my AC and have used them since I moved to Sparta. Don't know what I did but I've called them many times over the past year for my furnace and now the AC but NEVER can return my call and I just saw them across the street servicing another home!
Changed my rating after they explained why they hadn't called me back! (Emergencies come first) Thankfully, they came today! I really didn't want to use another company especially since they installed my unit! Thank you! So glad you checked my AC!
