We called Shamrock yesterday because of a heating issue in our home. Another local heating company told us they would not be out for at least 3-4 weeks; Shamrock was here in less than 24 hours! The technician, Zane, could not have been any more professional and friendly, and he diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes. This was our first time using Shamrock and we weren't sure what to expect. What we received was a quick response with professional expertise from a local company. Highly recommended!

When our AC unit died, they came out, diagnosed the problem, and repaired the unit quickly. The technicians were prompt, polite, and professional. Just as importantly, my house is now cool and comfortable. Thanks to everyone!
