He was able to clone my close to death HDD to an SSD and my computer is now 100 times faster.
Best Buy wouldn’t even attempt it.

Scammed me for almost $200 and made my computer worse off. When I called to check in, always kindly I was told I was acting like the “weirdo from the cable guy.” It was a simple power supply change and it looks like they didn’t even replace it…. I didn’t plug the computer in until now but this is unacceptable I see wires dangling inside and NO power supply. I hope no other parts were taken. Be careful with this guys. They sold me iMac claiming it’s “new” but it was no way near new, they showed me the box when I went in person but they didn’t show me the full box and then when I opened at home, scratches on the key board and a few accessories were also missing.They lied about use as well as clearly it was used not new. DO NOT buy from this store, be aware and save your money. I got scammed but be careful and don’t buy from this store. They are bunch of scammers and liars.
