This was my 3rd time booking an appointment with Jaira for her waxing service, she's easily the most consistent in her level of quality, professionalism, & service!

The process is way more painless than what I've experienced with other technicians. Jaira is highly skilled and uses top-quality products that provide a seamless experience. She explained every step and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole session, which was greatly appreciated. As always, the entire appointment was quick, efficient, and surprisingly easy!

For almost ten years I have been going to Hair By Lima. Aside from the professionalism and skill level, you have a warm environment with hair experts you feel comfortable with. Trust is a huge factor in hair for me and at this salon it is guaranteed. Ana is my stylist, and she will always begin each appointment with first listening to what I would like to achieve during my session. From there she will use her expertise to incorporate both what I ask for with what she knows will be best for my hair- and what a real expectation can look like. Hair By Lima is the only salon I trust with my hair. Staff are absolutely amazing, and truly know the techniques!! I am always satisfied with results. I have been doing my hair with Gi for 3 years, and she is a true humble stylist who knows what she is doing without hesitation. Definitely recommend!!
