I had contracted with The Cleaning group to clean tiles in kitchen and foyer areas. They did poor job of cleaning tiles and grout lines. Specifically, there was no difference noticed after they finished cleaning grout lines. They said because I had different grout used between tiles so it did not look cleaned. Made no sense. On top it, they used steam close to kitchen cabinets which caused corner sides to come apart due to being careless around the kickplates and moldings. All the corners got separated from butted wood when it was dried. Showed them the picture this happened during their cleaning. They do not want to take accountability, nor they want to fix the issues. I would not recommend this company from cleaning your tiles nor getting close to any of your furniture as it will damage any wood furniture cabinet they will come close to their steam pipes. They have caused over $1000 worth of damage that they are not willing to fix. Will be taking them to small claims court to settle the damages. Be careful with their cleaning job and any warranty they provide as they are not willing to cover it.

The WORST. They did a terrible job cleaning my sofa. As a matter of fact, ruined it. Promised to return to do it over TWICE, never showed, never called, both times. Called numerous times (calls never returned). Emailed, no reply. I will see them in court! Maureen

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! They charged my debit card multiple times last July and they still have not refunded me the money back. I have been in contact with legal representation at this point. Please use someone else so this does not happen to you.
