Our 75 gallon water heater failed, flooding the basement over the weekend. RupCoe was recommended to us and they came out quickly the day we called (it's winter and no hot water!) to provide recommendations and a quote. We decided to install a tankless gas water heater. The challenge was getting a larger gas line to this unit as well as vent lines (fresh air, exhaust air) into the cramped space around existing furnace infrastructure. and prior house renovations complicating everything. The RupCoe workers (Rich and Stanley) worked patiently and carefully to ensure these improvements will last for many, many years. We are very pleased to have hired a local company with a good reputation. I recommend them without reservation - this was a complicated job.
