I have been buying from Royal almost exclusively for ten years. It's all good. They are extremely capable and consistent. Although I am on the small side as a roaster I get treated like a big dog. In 2016 I upgraded to a 15K Loring and was having trouble getting my head wrapped around the difference from my 12K drum roaster that served me well for my first six years in business and the new Loring. Fortunately Royal Coffee New York had just commissioned the exact same model roaster in there extremely well equipped lab and I was able to book a day of training with the very well versed Olivia Miles. Well worth the trip down and the money spent as Olivia quickly ran me through a few key differences so that I was able to get my profiles not were they were at but vastly improved. I highly recommend this outfit as suppliers of first rate, high quality specialty coffees.
