The whole team seemed highly knowledgeable about trees, home owners insurance, etc. About a week later, Manuel and his crew came out and did a great job. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before they left (and they made a quick adjustment to one tree for me). The crew from Rich Tree Service were great. I had numerous trees on my property, some of which were challenging to remove as they were bordering fences and other structures on the property. At the end of the day, all of the trees were removed and no damage to the property. This is the second time that i used them and they always deliver and do a great job cleaning up. Thanks again!

A very large tree fell on the roof of my house Wednesday afternoon during the wind and rainstorm. I contacted Rich Tree Service on Thursday. Their estimator came out to my house Thursday afternoon, gave me a quote that I accepted and scheduled a crew to come out the next day. They arrived Friday morning with a crane, bucket truck, chipper and other equipment. The tree was removed successfully with no additional damage to the roof. Their equipment caused no damage to my lawn and cleanup was great. They went above and beyond and put a small tarp over part of the roof that was damaged.
