I thought the gutters were leaking but he quickly found that the underlayment on my 80 year old slate needed replacement on one section of the roof. He carefully removed each slate, added new underlayment and then replaced each slate in its original position cutting new ones where necessary. He pointed out problems from previous repairs. What great work! I will use JCX for all my slate maintenance in the future.“
