A true test of the quality of a business is how they handle issues, While the floor that Gio Floors installed was impeccable, there was an issue with the floor material. When I called Gio, he immediately came out to check, and determined it was an issue with the floor material. He went back to the supplier and was able to get a replacement and fixed everything within one week. Again, I cannot recommend Gio Floors enough.

Gio is super personable and his crew is so professional and boy do they work clean.

I was so pleased with the professionalism of Gio and his crew. From the first phone call through installation Gio and his team were awesome. On time, explained everything kept in constant contact letting us know start dates, arrival times, etc. The team worked so clean and everything came out as expected and Gio fixed issues that my last floor install had completely ignored to the point where the floor was sagging in spots. We went with a Luxury Vinyl as that is rated highly for households with dogs and Gio had a really nice selection of options. They also replaced all of the molding as the previous contractor did a crappy job on that too. I highly recommend Gio floors.“

Zoriana is a very creative designer who listened carefully to what we wanted, and spent as much time with us as we needed to work out the details. She intuitively picked out materials that appealed to us, including the tile, countertops, custom cabinetry, and fixtures. Along with Brian, the estimator, she came up with an ingenious use of the existing small space for an expanded walk-in shower and vanity area. Zoriana created a CAD rendering of the project, so we were able to clearly visualize what it will look like. Monks met our budget, and we are excited to proceed with the job. Still in the early stages, but I will update with pics when it is finished.“
